Less than 43,000 sq. m. was completed in Q1, and for the year as a whole it may be only about 72,000 sq. m. – one of the lowest results in the history of the market, clearly below the averages of the last 5 and 10 years (163,000 sqm and 220,000 sqm, respectively).
