Customer Requirements
Greenberg Traurig required a prestigious and modern headquarters that would provide a comfortable working environment for a large team while supporting the firm’s continued growth in Poland — both in terms of operational standards and brand positioning. Securing premium office space in a highly prestigious location in Warsaw was a key priority.
Project Overview
The project began with a detailed analysis of the Warsaw office market, identification of potential locations, and definition of functional, technical and brand-related criteria for the new headquarters. The Savills team led lease negotiations with the building owner, securing favourable lease terms covering three floors in Varso Tower. Savills’ advisory services also included a technical assessment of the premises and support throughout the relocation and office implementation process.
Outcome
With Savills’ support, Greenberg Traurig signed a 10-year lease for approximately 5,000 sq m of office space in Varso Tower and successfully relocated to its new headquarters spanning three floors. The new location and high office standard support the firm’s continued development and enhance employee comfort, while the prestigious setting further reinforces the brand’s strong position in the Polish market.
