CitySpace was looking for a prestigious, central location to further develop its flexible serviced office offering and strengthen the brand’s position in the Warsaw market. It was crucial to find a building with high standards, good transportation accessibility and the potential to create spaces conducive to teamwork, networking and events.
The course of the project
The process began with an analysis of locations available on the Warsaw market that met CitySpace’s requirements in terms of standard, scale and prestige. The Savills team supported the client in selecting the optimal location, conducted lease negotiations and coordinated the entire transaction process. The scope of consulting also included design and construction support in preparing the space for the launch of the new CitySpace Novo location.
Rezultat
CitySpace has opened a new CitySpace Novo location in the Nowogrodzka Square building, offering modern serviced office space in one of the most prestigious parts of Warsaw. The project has strengthened the presence of the CitySpace brand in the capital’s market and is an important part of the operator’s broader expansion strategy in Poland’s largest cities.
