The law firm’s priority was to maintain its headquarters in a prestigious, central location that has been a hallmark of the company for years. It was also crucial to negotiate terms that would provide the operational stability and flexibility needed for further business expansion.
The course of the project
Our team conducted a comprehensive market analysis, juxtaposing two scenarios: relocation to a new development and renegotiation of the current contract. In the decision-making process, we took into account not only hard financial data, but also image and operational aspects, crucial to the specifics of the work of a large law firm. We coordinated all discussions with the owner of the Metropolitan building, aiming to work out terms that would combine the prestige of the location with cost optimization.
Rezultat
The finalization of the talks resulted in the extension of the lease in the Metropolitan building until 2030. Thanks to our support, Kochanski & Partners has secured its presence in one of the best locations in the capital, providing the team with the comfort of working in a building of the highest architectural and management standards.
