AFI Office House, located in the Rondo Daszy\u0144skiego area, fit the strategy thanks to its modern standards, strong business environment, and limited supply of new space in that part of the city. <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cEntering the Polish market is an important step in SwitchUp\u2019s international expansion. The scope of work included coordinating key project phases, facilitating dialogue between the parties, and developing solutions to ensure a smooth transition from site selection to the operational preparation of the space. Due to the fast-paced nature of the project, the work was divided into packages, which allowed for flexible and efficient implementation of subsequent phases of the investment.  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cIn this transaction, it was particularly important to secure space that would allow SwitchUp to efficiently launch its operations in Poland while offering customers a standard consistent with the operator\u2019s international experience.
